Shipping Information

We offer two convenient shipping options to get your fashion finds delivered worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery via DHL or FedEx
    • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery via EMS
    • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: All delivery estimates begin when your order has shipped, not when it’s placed. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Our Easy Returns Process

We want you to love your A New Day™ purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Item name, size/color
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your packing slip/order confirmation
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the package
  • Ship to: A New Day™ Returns, 4826 Meadow Drive, Oklahoma City, US 73107

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, bodysuits, jewelry, and jewelry gifts unless items are defective or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for refund to appear
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Properly marking packages as returns to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
