At A New Day™, we want you to love your global fashion finds as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, bodysuits, jewelry, and jewelry gifts unless items are defective or incorrect. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (or use our template below):

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear A New Day™ Customer Care, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Item Name: – Size/Color: – Reason for Return/Exchange: – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify item)] Please let me know the next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Repackage the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to our returns center at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

For fastest service, please include all exchange details in your initial email request.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Any return shipping costs
  • Customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Ensuring the package is properly marked as a return to avoid additional charges

We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
